Britney Spears is threatening legal action against her ex-bodyguard, Thomas Bunbury, for allegedly hacking into her personal devices and Apple iCloud account without authorization. In a cease-and-desist letter, Britney's lawyer accuses Bunbury of violating state and federal laws and warns him to stay away from her accounts. Bunbury was reportedly fired in August for breaking his NDA by communicating with fans and media outlets. Britney claims she was locked out of her accounts at various times after the alleged hacking incident. Bunbury declined to comment when contacted by TMZ.
