Dunkin’ Goes Full Pink for Summer With New Barbie-Inspired Drinks

Dunkin’ is officially kicking off summer 2026 with a bright, pink-themed drink lineup that leans heavily into fruity flavors, iced refreshers, and a collaboration with Barbie.

Starting now, the chain is rolling out a series of limited-time pink beverages designed to bring a more playful, seasonal twist to its menu.

💖 Barbie Joins the Menu

The biggest headline is a collaboration with Barbie, introducing Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam—a sweet, creamy pink topping that can be added to a variety of iced drinks.

The partnership also includes themed content and a stop-motion video featuring Barbie “Brooklyn” Roberts and Barbie “Malibu” Roberts in a playful Dunkin’ run storyline.

Dunkin’ is also launching several new and returning “pink” drinks built around fruity summer flavors:

Pink Pineapple Refresher – pineapple, raspberry, and hibiscus flavors with customizable bases like tea, lemonade, oatmilk, or sparkling water
Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher – Pink Pineapple flavors with oatmilk and Barbie cold foam
Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher – strawberry dragonfruit + oatmilk + Barbie cold foam
Pink Mango Daydream Refresher – mango pineapple with oatmilk and cold foam
Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher – black cherry blended with oatmilk and topped with cold foam

Each drink is designed to be customizable, with different bases and sweetness levels so customers can tailor their order.

🏠 Barbie DreamHouse Pop-Up in NYC

Beginning June 10, Dunkin’ will also transform a Manhattan location into a Barbie DreamHouse-inspired store takeover, featuring immersive pink decor, photo ops, and themed drinks throughout June.
