Chipotle is putting fans’ burrito knowledge to the test again — and this year, there’s more than $1 million in free Chipotle up for grabs.
Chipotle IQ returns August 18 through August 20, giving Chipotle Rewards members in the U.S. and Canada a chance to score BOGO entrée offers, free Cilantro Lime Sauce, free Queso Blanco and Rewards points by answering Chipotle trivia questions.
Players can visit ChipotleIQ.com and sign in using the email connected to their Chipotle Rewards account. The game features five multiple-choice and true-or-false questions, and fans get one chance to play each day.
And a perfect score could pay off.
Each hour, the first 8,000 players to score 5 out of 5 will receive a food reward. Chipotle says the hourly prizes include:
- 5,000 BOGO entrée offers
- 1,500 free Cilantro Lime Sauce offers
- 1,500 free Queso Blanco offers
Even if you miss out on one of the food prizes, a perfect score can still earn you 50 Chipotle Rewards points, while players who get four out of five questions correct can earn 25 points, while supplies last.
Free Chipotle for a Year
There’s an even bigger prize on the line this year.
Players who score 5 out of 5 could be randomly selected to receive one of 53 Silver Tickets. Those players will get a bonus question, and anyone who answers it correctly will win free burritos for a year.
Chipotle is also adding Daily Streaks to Chipotle IQ. Playing on two or three consecutive days can unlock additional bonus points and exclusive Rewards badges.
Chipotle says fans completed more than 1.8 million Chipotle IQ quizzes in 2025, nearly twice as many as in 2024.
There's Even a Chipotle Card Game
Chipotle IQ is also moving beyond your phone this year with the first-ever physical Chipotle IQ card game, featuring more trivia for fans to play with friends and family.
From August 17 through August 31, Chipotle Rewards members can exchange 10 Rewards points for an entry into the company's Game Night Sweepstakes. Winners will receive the limited-edition card game along with a Build Your Own Family Meal.
Chipotle IQ runs from 6 a.m. PT August 18 through 5:59 p.m. PT August 20. No purchase is necessary, and eligibility and prize restrictions apply.
