McDonald’s is set to bring back its popular Spicy Chicken McNuggets and Mighty Hot Sauce after a five-year hiatus. The fast food chain is also introducing new drink options, including a Caramel Apple Pie latte and Dirty Diet Dr Pepper. The return of the spicy nuggets and hot sauce is expected in September, with the nuggets featuring a sizzling tempura coating made with cayenne and chili peppers. Fans can also look forward to new flavored coffees and a Red Bull collaboration with a Dragonberry Energizer.
