After seven years of transforming lives—and the definition of reality TV—Netflix’s Queer Eye reboot will officially end with its upcoming tenth season. The news marks the end of an era that began in 2018, when a new Fab Five—Antoni Porowski, Tan France, Karamo Brown, Bobby Berk, and Jonathan Van Ness—brought empathy, style, and heart back to a whole new generation of viewers.
The show’s final season, set in Washington, D.C., will also feature Jeremiah Brent, who stepped in as the new design expert after Bobby Berk’s departure following Season 8. According to People magazine, Berk left the series amicably to pursue other projects after fulfilling his contract.
Since its premiere, Queer Eye has been praised for its emotional depth, inclusive storytelling, and ability to connect across political and cultural divides. As TV Insider notes, the show became Netflix’s longest-running reality series, earning multiple Emmy Awards along the way.
With Season 10 expected to premiere later in 2025, fans are preparing to say goodbye—but not without one final round of heartfelt makeovers, life lessons, and tearful hugs.
